Rochester's Community Wishbook

ABC Head Start and Early Head Start (HS & EHS) is a federally-funded program in Monroe County that provides educational and developmental services to over 1,000 children and pregnant women. Also provides 175 children with services through a partnership with Volunteers of America and Ibero American Action League.
